Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions is important for interpreting your rights and obligations as a bi88 user. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with bi88's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may be published separately on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific bonus offer's terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence in relation to that particular offer only. In all other respects, these Terms & Conditions prevail.

bi88 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, bi88 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the bi88 platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and remain informed of any changes.

Section 3

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on bi88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration and at all subsequent times during which you access or use the bi88 platform.
• You are accessing bi88 from a location where online casino gaming and/or sports betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable national, regional, or local laws.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and are not registering or operating an account on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bi88 or any partner platform, and you have not previously had an account closed by bi88 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of bi88 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

bi88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and residency at any point, including at initial registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time bi88 reasonably deems appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of your account and the freezing of any associated balance pending completion of the verification process.

Section 4

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on bi88 at any time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held therein, and reporting to relevant fraud prevention bodies where applicable.

When registering your bi88 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Any registration submitted with false or misleading information is invalid. bi88 is entitled to void any bets placed or winnings accrued under a fraudulently registered account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bi88 account credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your sole responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bi88 support immediately.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Accurate legal name and date of birth must be provided at registration.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required for OTP verification.
• Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
• bi88 accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or bequeathed.
• Players must notify bi88 immediately if their contact details change, to ensure continued receipt of security and account notifications.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

bi88 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed within the bi88 cashier section and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All funds deposited into your bi88 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bi88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the name on your bi88 account, bi88 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, freeze your account, and request additional documentation before releasing any funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed by bi88 following successful completion of all applicable KYC verification steps. For bKash and Nagad withdrawals, bi88 targets a processing time of under 30 minutes during normal operating conditions, though processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional fraud checks are required. bi88 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems or banking infrastructure.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

bi88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each individual offer and to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonuses credited to your bi88 account carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus balance, or winnings generated from bonus play, may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is established). The specific wagering multiple, eligible games, and validity period for each bonus are stated in the offer's individual terms.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• bi88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and in active use.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per eligible player, unless the offer is explicitly described as a recurring or reload promotion.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses through low-risk hedging strategies, bonus abuse, or co-ordinated play with other accounts may have their bonus voided and their winnings forfeited at bi88's sole discretion.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately within your bi88 account. Real money balance is used first in all wagering activity, unless the specific bonus offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses are only available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each individual offer, which may include minimum deposit thresholds, game-specific requirements, or promotional opt-in steps.

Section 7

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the bi88 platform — including slots, live casino titles, table games, crash games, and virtual sports — operate using either certified random number generation (RNG) technology or verified live dealer mechanics provided by bi88's licensed software partners, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The RNG systems used by these providers are independently audited to confirm that game outcomes are genuinely random, statistically fair, and not subject to manipulation by bi88 or any third party.

Sports betting markets on bi88 are derived from real-world sporting events. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except in circumstances expressly provided for in the sports betting rules applicable to that specific market. bi88 reserves the right to void any bet that is accepted in error, due to a technical fault, at odds that were clearly incorrectly set, or in relation to an event that has been subsequently abandoned, postponed, or deemed void under the rules of the relevant governing body.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, software bugs, or any other failure that interrupts a game round in progress — bi88 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed for that round to the player's account. bi88 accepts no liability for any loss of winnings or anticipated profits that a player claims to have suffered as a result of a technical malfunction.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

bi88 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform, harms other players, facilitates financial crime, or violates these Terms & Conditions. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where warranted — referral to relevant law enforcement or financial crime authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on bi88, whether under the same or different personal details, for any purpose including bonus farming.
• Identity fraud: Registering using false personal information, impersonating another person, using stolen identity documents, or providing fraudulent KYC documentation.
• Money laundering: Using bi88 accounts to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to otherwise facilitate financial crime.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a genuine bi88 deposit that was correctly credited to your account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic low-risk betting strategies, co-ordinated play across multiple accounts, or any method designed to extract bonus value without legitimate gameplay risk.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or sports betting markets in a manner that is designed to manipulate outcomes or guarantee profit for any party involved.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, racist, or harassing communications toward bi88 staff, agents, or other players through any channel.

bi88 employs advanced fraud detection and account monitoring systems that operate continuously to identify suspicious account behaviour. Players whose accounts are flagged for review will have withdrawals placed on hold pending investigation. bi88 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe, and any funds determined to have been legitimately earned will be released promptly.

Section 9

Account Suspension & Closure

bi88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if bi88 reasonably suspects that the account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, that the account holder has provided false registration information, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to the safety of other players.

Players may voluntarily close their bi88 account at any time by contacting bi88 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any wagering progress associated with active bonus offers will be forfeited upon account closure.

Players who have activated a self-exclusion period through bi88's Responsible Gaming tools may not request account reopening until the full self-exclusion period has elapsed. bi88 will not reactivate a self-excluded account early under any circumstances, in line with responsible gambling best practice. Section 10

Limitation of Liability

The bi88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bi88 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, secure, and free from material errors at all times, bi88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Access to bi88 may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, security upgrades, or other operational reasons, and bi88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bi88's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bi88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bi88 expressly excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses including loss of profit, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage.

bi88 is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party software provider, payment processor, or other external service integrated with the platform. Any dispute with a third-party provider must be raised directly with that provider in accordance with their own terms and policies. bi88 will however use reasonable efforts to assist players in escalating legitimate complaints to relevant third-party partners where appropriate.

Section 11

Amendments to Terms

bi88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes of material significance are made — such as changes affecting player eligibility, bonus terms, withdrawal procedures, or liability provisions — bi88 will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice displayed upon login to the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter their substantive meaning, or updates to contact information — may be made without formal notification to players. It is each player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible via the footer of every page on the bi88 platform.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your only recourse is to cease using the bi88 platform and close your account in accordance with the voluntary closure procedure described in Section 9 above. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
